What this page covers
This site is a wholesale catalogue. It has one form, the trade enquiry form, and this policy explains what happens to what you type into it. There is no account, no checkout and no newsletter.
What we collect
When you send a trade enquiry we receive what you filled in: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you gave one, the delivery city or port, the categories and reference codes you are quoting, and any notes you added.
Positions you add to a shortlist while browsing are kept in your own browser (localStorage) and travel nowhere until you send the enquiry. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Why we hold it
To price your enquiry and reply to it. Quoting a container of made-to-order goods means checking sizes, finishes and freight with the factory, so the details you send are passed to the manufacturer handling that category.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to our trade desk as a message and, where configured, as an email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs requests as any web host does. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the factories quoting your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the quote is live and for as long as the commercial relationship lasts. Ask us to delete it earlier and we will.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google.
Your choices
Write to us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. The fastest route is the same address you would use for a quote.
